Biography

Natalie R. Sullivan has been a licensed attorney since 2005 and has been licensed to practice law in Colorado (2005, inactive); California (2013, inactive); and Washington (2017, active). She began practicing employment law on behalf of employees in 2005, and that has remained her primary practice area. She represents employees in harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination cases; unemployment insurance appeals; severance negotiations; and other employment-related matters. She has tried numerous cases in both state and federal courts.

When not practicing law, she stays very busy raising her three children and caring for their German Shepherd and calico cat. She enjoys hiking, yoga, meditation, music, cooking, and word games.
