Biography
Connor grew up in Portland, OR as a twin brother and rowed crew during high school and university.
Connor joined Eid Passport, Inc., a domestic military Anti-Terrorism Force Protection/ Access Control contractor created to serve Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12 (2004). Upon
winning the FBI Channeler background screening contract, he transferred from Tier 1 Specialist to Operations to administrate the program and homogenize all military installation procedure contracts.
He moved to Tacoma in 2013 and began a 90-day Fast-Track Manager Program with Jiffy Lube, taking over the Gig Harbor store which then became the regional leader in return car count and cost-of-goods-sold for 2016. After which he was invited into and completed District-Manager-In-Training.
Before joining WEBA he had been volunteering helping claimants since 2020. He created a free, public social media community operated as a trouble-ticket system based on a living library of thousands of entries of publicly available information, experiences and guides to understanding processes. In 2021 he began seeking guidance from WEBA regularly to better assist claimants.
